The man in the portrait to the right is Dr. Karl Joseph Albert Graf und Freiherr von Bothmer zu Schwegerhoff.  He was the Councilor of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Hungary as well as a recipient of the Royal Order of Saint Sava of the Forth (IV) Order.  Given to him by the King of Yugoslavia, His Majesty Alexander I by the Grace of God and the will of the people. This was done on January 12 1931.

His family has a long history in Hungary, Europa as it goes back to the ancient houses.  He is the father of George Criser Graf und Freiherr von Bothmer zu Schwegerhoff.
